The experience economy helps tour operators shift from selling activities to memorable travel experiences that are enjoyed, remembered, and shared.

👉 Travellers are looking for travel experiences that are authentic, active, participatory, and respectful for locals and nature. 🐘

👉 Travel experiences that trigger pleasure and senses, enable developing new skills and foster interactions with other people. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

We’re very curious to hear from you:

    • if you’re already using the experience economy principles to develop memorable travel experiences
    • what your favourite travel experience is you offer to your travellers

Yes, we at LENACO have incorporated the experience economy in our programs where our visitors get a special sense of interacting with nature and engage in activities with the locals. We have nature hiking walks, game drives and singing/dancing with the local maasai women.

Its an experience where our visitors can learn about the Maasai culture and activities like weaving, herding etc.
